Spending hours at our desks can be a danger to our mental health.
So ahead of World Mental Health Day on 10 October, we’ve enlisted Brian Cox to play the role of the ‘World’s Scariest Boss’ in a Public Service Announcement for office workers.
Research shows our mental state starts to decline after only two hours of continuous desk-based working and stress levels rise significantly after four hours.
But the good news is that just 15 minutes of physical activity can help to reverse the effects.
So we’re encouraging those who can, to take a Desk Break to move your mind.
