About us
The CPI Group provides comprehensive program and technical program management services for healthcare and high-tech facilities facing complex expansion or relocation projects. Sorting requirements, finding the right resources, aligning capabilities and creating a cohesive team management effort are daunting tasks on any project. Add to that a collection of users, design consultants and constructors all trying to deliver within a common timeframe and within a coordinated budget, and you have a challenge for even the most sophisticated organization. Regardless of the size or scope of the challenge, CPI brings order and balance to projects, from team selection to planning, procurement, execution and transition. We call it Total Program Management. Our clients around the country call it making order out of chaos.

Juneteenth is celebrated annually on June 19th. The holiday's name is a combination of the words "June" and "nineteenth." It commemorates the day news of the Emancipation Proclamation (and their subsequent freedom from chattel slavery) reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas on June 19, 1865, three years after President Abraham Lincoln had issued the proclamation. Celebrate Freedom.
