Spotlight on The Eric Liddell Community The Eric Liddell Community is an Edinburgh care charity and community hub founded in 1980, in memory of the inspirational Olympic gold medallist, Eric Liddell. The Eric Liddell Community is passionate about providing key services to people living with dementia and their carers across Edinburgh, while bringing the local community together in our Community Hub in Morningside. Spotlight on Scottish Rugby Scottish Rugby is the governing body for rugby union in Scotland from the national teams to local club teams. Everyone involved in Scottish Rugby works hard to grow the game of rugby union from a grassroots level to improve the overall product of the sport right up to international level for men's, women's and youth teams. As another of the orginisations working with The Eric Liddell 100, Scottish Rugby will be awarding 30 'Eric Liddell Recognition Awards' to people across the country who show the values of passion, compassion and integrity. Spotlight on Scottish Disability Sport Scottish Disability Sport (SDS) is the Scottish governing and co-coordinating body of all sports for people of all ages and abilities with a physical, sensory or learning disability. From Shetland to Dumfries, and everywhere in between, SDS's staff, athletes, members and volunteers are always working hard to to widen the range of available sports options for individuals of all levels of ability with a disability in Scotland. This year YouthLink is working with The Eric Liddell 100 to award 20 ‘Eric Liddell Recognition Awards’ to celebrate some of the outstanding young people who have made an incredible contribution to their community through their involvement in youth work in Scotland.
