This quarter has been the most challenging since I began working at AJC, primarily due to the implementation of the new system in the accounting department. I collaborated closely with the team to define our needs and ensure the system aligned with those requirements effectively. Receiving training on the new system and transferring that knowledge to the AP team was both exciting and demanding. It required me to quickly absorb a significant amount of information, but I was eager to learn and apply it to enhance our processes. This experience reinforced the critical importance of teamwork and communication. When I heard the kind words my peers shared about me, I felt immense gratitude. It’s incredibly validating to know that my efforts are recognized and appreciated by those around me. Overall, it has been a deeply rewarding experience.
