Chris spotlighted how EVERY is transforming the global food system and trailblazing the future of protein with precision fermentation—starting with the egg. "Globally, there are 400 companies that have pledged to go cage free, and there's just not enough supply. This challenge is compounded by more frequent and more severe Avian Flu outbreaks disrupting supply chain.
