Join me in congratulating our June Employee of the Month, Dr. Peter Bennett! Dr. Pete, a physical therapist at our Toms River office since October 2021, is beloved by his patients for his engaging personality and exceptional clinical skills. Despite recent challenges in coverage, Dr. Pete went above and beyond by personally ensuring the smooth flow of physical therapy services. He even covered multiple provider schedules to prevent any disruption in patient care. Throughout this busy period, Dr. Pete maintained a positive attitude, keeping spirits high with his humor and ensuring a positive experience for all. Today, we celebrate May's Employee of the Month... Christoper Danzo! 🏆 Chris was nominated by fellow employee Dr. Caroline for going above and beyond to assist his Toms River team and specifically the physical therapy department. Chris joined Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine in August of 2023 as the in-office administrative liaison. Dr. Caroline reports that Chris is always in a good mood, always happy to help, and has been crucial to their department tracking patient visits and scripting needs. He has become an invaluable member of the team and steps in whenever he can to help ensure the office is running smoothly. As with most employees, Chris' role saw many changes with the transition to Epic. He tackled the challenge and has helped anyone in the office who needed additional support learning the new workflows and procedures. He spent time revamping the occupational and physical therapy logs and learned the intricacies of each department to help coordinate patients visits appropriately with scripting and timely re-evaluations. Chris also helped to identify an incorrect workflow we were following in Epic so it could be amended. He takes pride in accomplishing his work on time and at a high level. Thank you, Chris! Your efforts behind the scenes allow our providers to focus on giving exceptional care to our patients and your organizational skills mean they can be seen without issue or interruption. 

From sparking curiosity to shaping futures, teachers do it all! So we're giving some TLC to the staff at Manchester Township Elementary School with an interactive stress relief circuit. We had chiropractor, Dr. Kelly, and occupational therapist, Dr. Samantha, in attendance providing muscle work on the teachers while acupuncturist, Brenda, provided ear seeds as a take home for added relief & relaxation! To all the educators out there making a positive impact in classrooms, we appreciate you more than words can express! Keep shining bright! 🍎👨🏫👩🏼🏫

Deanna, with her radiant personality and unyielding commitment to growth and learning, embarked on a journey beyond Thompson Healthcare to further her education. Fast forward a couple of years, and Deanna has triumphantly realized her lifelong aspiration of earning her doctorate in occupational therapy! We couldn't be prouder of her relentless dedication and remarkable achievement.
