Our real estate litigation team under the guidance of Eric Smith prevailed on appeal in a matter involving a group of homeowners challenging unauthorized regulations restricting short term rentals ("STR"). The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania reversed the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas and remanded the case to that court with instructions to enter a declaratory judgment voiding the STR regulations rendering them unenforceable.
