Congratulations to David Shipman for closing the deal on 502 Oakdale Road, a 20-acre freight facility located in the GSW submarket of DFW, Texas. The Central Texas Logistics Center spans 46 acres and seven buildings, encompasses 485,885 square feet, and is 100% leased with 15 national and regional tenants. This massive property is strategically located between the major metropolitan areas of Austin and San Antonio. The facility is a key hub for industrial and logistics operations, offering companies a prime location for distribution, warehousing, and supply chain management. “In the past year alone, we’ve expanded our traditional industrial and industrial outdoor storage portfolio to include properties in Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.,” stated Will Hedges, Partner at Triten. Exciting new IOS acquisition to add to the books! Congrats to Willie Ross and Zach Dobin for closing 1 Alchemy, a 24-acre low-coverage industrial asset located in an infill pocket of Northeast Atlanta. The project is leased to two tenants and consists of a 65,000 SF warehouse with roughly 15 acres of leased and improved yard. The seller signed a long-term lease for the warehouse and the adjacent paved yard, offering immediate cash flow and diversification for TREP’s portfolio. The site is located in a supply-constrained area of Atlanta with excellent highway access and hard-to-find heavy industrial zoning.
