Senator Delvin Robinson recently toured Westminster Early Childhood Education Programs to learn about the essential services they provide to the community. During the visit, Director Megan Baumgartner highlighted the center’s wide range of programs, from childcare to pre-K, and discussed key challenges like staff shortages. Megan emphasized that, while wages are a significant factor, the lack of benefits also limits their ability to serve more children, with a waiting list that has been unchanged since 2023.
