Congratulations to Christina Dollinger on receiving the Young Academics Award from the Alpine Convention! 🏆🌿 Her master's thesis compared various forest conversion in order to investigate how the forest can best regenerate after former intensive use in Nationalpark Berchtesgaden. Dollinger used the #iLand simulation model to investigate what effects such a forest conversion could have on the composition and structure of the forest over the next 80 years.
