Here's exactly how we identified those who downloaded it, filtered our ICP, sequenced them, and converted the warm pipeline: 1. Set up form tracking on the website for ebook downloads or other content offers 2. Synced this data to Unify (or your CRM, then pull it into Unify) 3. Created a new audience in Unify called "Downloadable Content" 4. Set audience criteria to filter for recent content downloads 5. Created a play targeting this audience 6. If a prospect no-shows a sales call, you shouldn't mark them as closed-lost. Instead, do this: • Create an audience of prospects that fit this criteria (it's easy in Unify via our Salesforce integration). • Create a Play to action on this audience that'll run whenever a new record is added (via your CRM). • Write extremely simple copy trying to get the conversation started again (Garrett Wolfe shows you how to do this below). Even re-capturing a small percentage of no-shows and turning them into meetings will generate meaningful net new revenue over the course of a year. Because of that, there's no reason not to do this. What prospects engage with your email may be the most underrated form of intent data. Why? Because you can discern a lot about how "warm" they are based on how many times they open emails, when they open them, what they click on, etc. Since this is valuable to sellers, we built functionality to make it easy to outbound to people who meet whatever email activity criteria you want. As an example in the video below, Garrett Wolfe creates an audience from people who've opened our emails 2x *after* their enrollment in the sequence ended. Are they a guaranteed closed-won lead? No. Is them coming back to our emails after we stopped sending them a positive signal we should action on? Definitely.
