Every team running outbound knows how hard deliverability has gotten over the past few months. Here are 4 email deliverability best practices that'll make it easier to convert outbound: 1. Limit and check your links - Don't overload your emails with multiple or duplicate links. This can set off spam alarms. Keep your first email touch to 1-2 links max, and always ensure they're secure with no browser warnings when clicked. 2. Vary subject lines and email copy - Use template variables to switch up your subject lines so your emails don't get flagged 3. Mind your formatting - Using all caps anywhere in your email may trigger spam filters, so stick to regular capitalization. Same goes for excessive exclamation points - they can prevent your email from being seen at all. 4.
