Day 1 of the 211 Leadership Summit began with a State of the Network address from Heather Black, Vice President, 211 System Strategy. Nicole Cooper, DrPH, MPH, EVP, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer also presented an award to Ride United partner, General Motors. Since it was launched in 2018, the initiative has provided over 456,000 rides; helping people get to job interviews, critical medical appointments and more.
