We're Hiring: Farm Manager at Rung for Women! Are you passionate about sustainable urban agriculture? We're looking for a Farm Manager to lead operations at Rung for Women’s farm. This role is central to fostering community connections, supporting education, and ensuring productive, organic farming practices. Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute crop plans using organic methods. 2. Oversee farm operations, harvests, and NRCS EQIP compliance. 3. Collaborate on workshops, volunteer activities, and outreach. 4. Manage farm maintenance, food distribution, and reporting. If you have experience in organic farming, leadership skills, and a dedication to urban agriculture, we’d love to hear from you!
