October is National Substance Use Prevention Month, and the Army Substance Abuse Program hosted a Substance Misuse Prevention Leader Professional Development Session yesterday at the Larkin Conference Center to provide opportunity for company leadership to learn about key substance misuse topics from a multidisciplinary panel of professionals.
