🙌 We've just added a new agent template to the Relevance platform! This agent can make phone calls using Vapi. It calls prospects that have booked a demo to confirm if they can still attend, and can negotiate a new time based on your calendar availability. After the call it can book the new demo in the calendar. Core building blocks: ▪️ Phone call (with Vapi). You can choose the voice and customise the call flow/script. ▪️ Book event in calendar. Demo in this case, but can be anything. ▪️ Check calendar availability. Passed in to the phone call tool so the agent can negotiate a new demo on the call itself. 👉 Reuse the building blocks for your own use-cases, or clone our existing template and modify it for your use-case.
