San Antonio leaders, Opportunity Home San Antonio, partnered with OCI Development, Atlantic Pacific Cos., and PNC Bank, broke ground on Vista at Reed, a new 56-unit affordable housing development on the city's west side, off Reed Road near Culebra. The apartments will feature two and three-bedroom units and offer residents access to social services like financial literacy and health awareness programs. We're proud to have played a role in this important project alongside Mayor Ron Nirenberg, San Antonio District 6 City Council Member Melissa Cabello Havrda, Brandee Perez, Chris Sherman, and Dan Wilson. ESP is thrilled to congratulate Craig Martinez, on his recent promotion to Assistant Survey Manager in our San Antonio, TX office! With more than 22 years of survey experience, Craig’s latest focus has been managing the planning, execution, and quality control for design surveys across Texas. Craig is also responsible for the quality control of point cloud data acquired by mobile and terrestrial lidar. For the past 12 years, Craig has played an integral role in growing the survey department at our San Antonio-based subsidiary Vickrey & Associates, LLC.
