A special thank you to Brooklyn advisory board member Cynthia Robinson-Bioh for connecting us to Artshack, a nonprofit ceramics studio in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Over the past few months, members of our Older Adult Center have created wonderful works of art and formed great connections with the rotation of artists who assist with each session. The manipulation of the clay is an oasis of calm in a world where things can seem rough. We are grateful for this partnership and our participants continue to look forward to making new creations. #SeeWhatIsPossible #HealthyAging #Artshack #Clay #Art

VISIONS is thrilled to be working with the leadership team at MANE to help make their organization even more inclusive! A huge thanks to their team for welcoming our staff. #SeeWhatIsPossible #DEI #Inclusive
Another step towards a more inclusive and equitable workplace! In partnership with VISIONS/Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired, we hosted a simple, but so meaningful Lunch & Learn event to highlight the importance of including people with disabilities in all aspects of our community and professional lives. Last year, we had the chance to welcome people with visual impairments in our Fine Fragrance Creative Center in NY, to learn about their professional challenges, aspirations, and their unique approach to scents. Today we explored appropriate language, practical accommodations, and tangible actions we can take as a company and as individuals to support the inclusion of people with disabilities. From hosting internships and conducting mock interviews to exploring the idea of developing a fragrance together, we’re committed to making a difference. Thank you, Khadija Bari (she, her, hers) for enabling us to advocate for inclusivity, for empowering us to hopefully empower others. Thank you to a fantastic team at MANE supporting this partnership and special shout out to Sara Ratajczak Nikki Buglino Christina Michelucci Salman Khan Debbie Winschuh Rachel Gottlieb
