After the collaboration of Price Brothers, The Sports Facilities Companies, celebrated architects, and dedicated construction teams, we are proud to unveil this incredible vision brought to life. AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk is set to become the ultimate sports and entertainment destination in Overland Park. With a commitment to athletic and recreation excellence, this state-of-the-art facility promises an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages. During the grand opening event, we will proudly unveil the completion of the first phase of construction, featuring a sprawling 260,000 square feet of the impressive 420,000-square-foot multi-sport and recreation complex. Populous has been chosen by the College Baseball Foundation to design the new College Baseball Hall of Fame, set to open in Overland Park, KS, in 2025. This new Hall of Fame will be located within the Museum at Prairiefire, a vibrant mixed-use district, and will feature immersive museum experiences honoring the 165 inductees since 2006. Notably, the state of Kansas has contributed $500,000, and Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, a former college baseball player, has also made a donation to support this exciting project. (via Bret McCormick)
