Remote work presents unique challenges, but at Meteorite, we’re turning these challenges into opportunities for connection and engagement. During our inaugural Meteorite Spirit Week, launched by this year's cohort of amazing summer interns, we reinforced and celebrated our commitment to workplace well-being. Each day featured themed conversations, with a standout moment being our 'Waffle Wednesday' Brunch Break. This virtual gathering allowed employees from across the country to share favorite meals and stories, fostering a sense of community beyond the screen. We are proud to not only live up to our values but also to exemplify the best practices of our signature initiative, the Health Action Alliance, in improving workplace mental health, cultivating belonging, and building support systems. A special thank you to our interns, Shameel Aubeelauck, Nell Williams, Kayla Saucedo and Jose Avalos, for their creativity and dedication to making Meteorite Spirit Week a reality! Today, on National Intern Day, we acknowledge and celebrate your commitment to Meteorite. At Meteorite, our team may be spread across the country, but we remain committed to building a fun, fulfilling and connected workplace that unites us around common cause and purpose. #NationalInternDay #EmployeeEngagement #RemoteCulture #SpiritWeek

We are Meteorite, the team that's building coalitions for a better future.
About us
We are Meteorite, the team behind coalitions building a better future. - We power the Civic Alliance, a nonpartisan coalition of more than 1,250 companies that strengthens our democracy by encouraging civic participation and supporting safe, accessible and trusted elections. - We conceived and manage the Health Action Alliance, a unique partnership between leading business, communications and public health organizations designed to strengthen the business community’s response to COVID-19 and help employers navigate critical health challenges. - Together with the National Safety Council and Amazon, we created the MSD Pledge, a global movement of employers committed to reducing the risk and occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), the most common workplace injury. - Alongside ABC, ESPN and the Walton Family Foundation, we assembled the Choose Kindness Alliance, which is composed of the nation’s leading organizations in bullying prevention, intentional inclusion, and youth mental wellness. Join us, and let's make impact – together.
