🎉Project Spotlight: West Riviera Elementary Topping Out 🎉 Our Palm Beach Gardens team along with members of the The School District of Palm Beach County School Board recently celebrated the topping out milestone for the SCPBC’s West Riviera Elementary School! This event honored the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in bringing this project to life. The celebration included raffle prizes, a delicious lunch from Mission BBQ, a t-shirt giveaway, and even a special keyboard performance by a crew member from Applegate Interiors, Inc. —making for a truly memorable occasion. Board Member Edwin Ferguson gave some remarks to the West Riviera Team and thanked them for all the hard work and said, "The children that will be attending this school are very excited to have a State-of-the-Arts facility where they can learn and grow!" 📢 Project Spotlight: Rowan Community Center Ribbon Cutting 🎉 Our Carolinas team recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for the newly renovated Rowan Community Center in Salisbury, North Carolina! The 90,000 sf project consisted of renovating the interior and exterior of what was formerly a mall into a 1000-seat conference center and county offices. This adaptive reuse project has given new life to a longtime community space, creating opportunities for connection, innovation, and growth. Area Manager Scott Whelchel shared, "We look forward to seeing the positive impact this adaptive reuse project will have on the local community. It's always exciting to see an older building take on a new life and renew a community's outlook and perspective for future generations to come."
