This week we hosted SkyGrid, a Boeing joint venture, in the Wisk Autonomy Lab to showcase how SkyGrid’s data and decision support capabilities can seamlessly integrate into Wisk's autonomous operations. For Advanced Air Mobility to take off, we need advanced airspace integration tools, and this collaboration with SkyGrid helps us support the rigorous validation of systems required to deliver safe and scalable certified autonomous air travel. Ongoing planning continues with NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration who also observed the demo, for joint Advanced Air Mobility testing. It was really fun to host Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT AeroAstro unified class students at Wisk last week! This is the greatest time in history to be an engineer. We talked about the tech that enables autonomous electric aircraft like our Gen 6, and how those technologies will influence aircraft of all sizes and types.
