🌟 Member Highlight: Leslie Titcomb 🌟 Meet Leslie Titcomb, the powerhouse Director of Service at Shapiro and Duncan, one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Washington Metropolitan area. With over 30 years in the trade, Leslie’s journey is nothing short of inspiring! Starting as a dispatcher, she climbed the ranks, mastering roles in parts, contracting, sales, and operations. Through her leadership, Leslie has grown Shapiro and Duncan’s service department revenue from $3M to over $9M in just seven years. Her expertise in increasing profitability and streamlining processes has made her an invaluable leader — all while maintaining her commitment to life-work balance. 💼✨ Leslie’s favorite quote? “You have to work to live, not live to work.” But her impact doesn’t stop at the office. She’s an instructor for the AACP apprenticeship program, a community advocate with the Moose organization, and has served on numerous boards, including Women in HVACR as one of its original members and treasurer.
