X-Hab 3D – Revolutionizing the Construction Industry with 3D Concrete Printing Technology
About us
We are at the forefront of revolutionizing construction through our innovative 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) technology. Established in October 2021, X-Hab 3D is headquartered in State College, PA, with robust research and development as well as manufacturing facilities. Our journey began with the mission to commercialize 3DCP technology developed in collaboration with Penn State University over the past decade. Our flagship product lineup includes mobile, semi-autonomous 3DCP systems paired with advanced concrete composite mixtures sourced locally, and digital design software that allows real-time changes at the construction site. The combination of these products empowers the seamless 3D printing of diverse structures, ranging from residential buildings, commercial complexes, culverts, bridges to even artificial reefs. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to delivering value to our customers. With X-Hab 3D's 3DCP systems, our customers will experience significant reduction in build time, labor, material costs, waste, and job-site injuries compared to traditional "stick-built" methods. Moreover, our structures boast fire, storm and infestation resistance, enhanced durability, lower maintenance requirements, and superior sustainability. Our 3DCP products are designed to meet a wide range of construction requirements, in energy, mining, military, civil infrastructure, academia and commercial sectors. Our founding team comprises seasoned experts encompassing computational design, structural, mechanical, and systems engineering, materials science, software development, and robotics. This expertise fuels our relentless pursuit of excellence in 3DCP technology. X-Hab 3D's mobile, compact, ruggedized, self-powered, robotic arm-style design offers unparalleled versatility. This design enables easy transportation, setup and operation, in diverse environmental and challenging terrains without the need for supporting infrastructure.

An exciting update from X-Hab 3D CEO Bruce Kraselsky following the showcase of our mobile 3D concrete printing technology this week at the Air, Space & Cyber Conference held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD! #XHab3D #3DPrinting #Innovation
Innovation is not a choice but an imperative As Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall emphasized at this week's Air, Space & Cyber Conference held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md., innovation is not a choice but an imperative. His call to modernize, reshape, and retool the Air Force and Space Force to confront today’s adversaries—particularly the growing power of China—resonates with all of us at X-Hab 3D. We were proud to be part of the conference, showcasing our mobile, expeditionary, robotic arm-style 3D concrete printing system as a multi-use technology that supports both military and civilian needs. Our system helps automate construction processes, such as building forward air contingency bases on remote, austere Pacific islands, by dramatically reducing the need for manpower, importation of material and logistics support during construction and maintenance. It aligns with the Air Force’s operational imperatives, especially in achieving readiness and resilience in austere environments. We applaud AFWERX, and specific units working with Spark, including the Maryland Air National Guard, and Mustangwerx Innovation, for their efforts to help drive this change. X-Hab 3D stands committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for both defense and civilian applications. #Innovation #USAirForce #AFWERX #Mustangwerx #NationalGuard #Technology #Defense #Automation #3DPrinting #XHab3D #GreatPowerCompetition #Modernization #AFAConference
