You will negotiate and structure consumer lending programs to meet people where they need financing, with an engaged and committed credit team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Advise on consumer lending regulations and regulations
- Manage external counsel to document credit products and meet regulatory requirements
- Continuously anticipate and identify potential legal and regulatory risks and work in cross-disciplinary teams to reduce those risks
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree and license to practice in any U.S. jurisdiction
- 6+ years of experience in consumer lending with a law firm or financial regulator, or financial institution
- Experience with industrial banks
- Experience working with multiple financial regulators
- Admitted to practice in California or New York
- All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy
