Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $55.00/hr

This role sits within the Brand Integrated Marketing & Planning team, which is instrumental in managing and implementing effective Go-To-Market strategies for key initiatives for the organization. Do you have a strategic mindset with the ability to manage various campaigns and priorities? Can you earn trust through a mix of command & collaboration? Can you thrive in a matrixed organization drawing from many teams & stakeholders to get a common goal? If so, then you will excel in this role.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write & kick-off multiple creative briefs for both digital & in-store channels
  • Project manage multiple creative tactics (email campaigns, web/app banners, paid media campaigns)
  • Gather performance results and liaise with business owners as necessary
  • Track down data to help inform shifts in strategy and/or execution
  • Support marketing lead with ad hoc marketing projects

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Years of Experience: ? 5-7 of integrated marketing or digital marketing
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and channel partners
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with a mindset of how to get the job done
  • Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management tool)
