We are searching for a Confidential Chief Executive Officer for our client, a Minimally Invasive Surgical Company.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategic direction.
• Product Development: Oversee the development and commercialization of company technology, ensuring it meets clinical and economic goals.
• Business Growth: Lead efforts to expand market presence, increase sales, and enhance revenue streams.
• Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with investors, partners, and the medical community to build strong, supportive relationships.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s financial health, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and guidelines, maintaining high levels of safety and efficacy.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of MIS innovation.

Required Education & Experience

• Proven track record in executive leadership, preferably in the laparoscopic surgical procedures.
• Deep understanding of minimally invasive surgical procedures and visualization technologies.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with product commercialization and market expansion.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial plans.
