Civil Litigation Attorney

 The type of cases include, but are not limited to, Employment law (Discrimination and Retaliation, Sexual Harassment) Fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices, Business disputes, Landlord- tenant, Debt collection, Breach of Contract, and Sexual Assault.

This right individual will be a highly motivated (self-starter), organized, team player, and must have:

*strong work ethic
*high level of self-confidence
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*impeccable attention to detail
*working knowledge of rules of procedure and evidence (state and federal)

The right candidate will be able to handle the above described type of cases from inception to completion with minimal instruction and direction, and needs to be a "people person" capable of inspiring confidence in clients and with the ability to assist me in managing and directing subordinate employees. He/she needs to have a "command the room" personality and presence. The candidate must be an aggressive advocate that truly enjoys making a difference for clients.
