As a Construction Manager with our team, you will oversee a variety of projects that may involve working in diverse environments such as power plants, manufacturing areas, and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate complex technical issues and recommendations to the Project Manager
• Manage and schedule one or two large construction projects or multiple small projects
• Lead staffing efforts and provide overall administrative and technical direction
• Assist in estimating, bid phase oversight, and subcontractor/vendor management
• Collaborate with clients, architects, unions, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Strong professional ethics and excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local project regulations
• Familiarity with project safety programs and construction contract delivery methods
• Proficiency in estimating techniques and cost control
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Minimum of ten years of supervisory experience in the construction field
• Previous experience as a superintendent, construction project manager, or construction manager
• Industrial construction and estimating experience is a plus
