As a Procurement Manager (also known as Purchasing Manager, Supply Chain Manager), you'll be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities for direct materials to support our manufacturing operations. This includes developing global sourcing strategies, improving procurement processes, resolving issues, and tracking team progress on established KPIs. You'll also collaborate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing direct reports.
5 years of SAP experience in Materials Management and Production Planning.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
CPM or CSCP certification and chemical industry background are desirable.
Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
