What We Do
We make financial planning easy, comprehensive, and priced at a predictable flat-fee, in order to give clients unprecedented confidence around financial decision making. By leveraging AI and proprietary technology, our Certified Financial Planners get to know our client’s goals and dreams, analyze all aspects of their financial life, and develop a detailed plan + action items mapped to each one of their goals. Clients get a clear, step-by-step blueprint on how to reach all of their goals.
About the Role
As Head of Brand Design, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Domain Money. You’ll create compelling and consistent designs across various marketing channels, including paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, display, etc.), organic social media, landing pages, and email. If you love to stop the scroll, tell compelling stories that resonate with distinct personas, and build designs and video assets for a modern, technology-forward fintech brand then this is the role for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Brand Consistency- Ensure all visual assets align with our brand guidelines and identity.
- Creative Development - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate design concepts for static ads, video ads, email banners, infographics, and landing pages.
- Design Execution- Produce high-quality, visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message.
- Asset production- produce final design assets in various formats (e.g., .jpg, .png, .gif, .mp4) for different platforms and channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design assets.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Design static ads for social media and display advertising.
- Create video ad concepts and collaborate with the production team.
- Design engaging email banners.
- Develop informative infographics.
- Design visually appealing landing pages.
- Manage and organize design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand design experience with a focus on growth or performance marketing; fintech experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in crafting impactful marketing content across various formats, such as web, emails, ads, and video.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva; video editing experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and interpret feedback.
