What We Need
NetBrain Technologies, a dominant market leader in the network automation space for the world’s largest network, is looking for a Leader of Global Marketing to join us and lead the next-phase growth. The successful candidate is a results-oriented innovative thinker who can "lead from the front". The individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B enterprise marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth goals.

The role reports directly to NetBrain’s CEO and its success will be critical to NetBrain’s growth. You and your team will be our voice in the market and your efforts will have a huge impact on our go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
- You will lead NetBrain’s global marketing efforts from strategy to execution to achieve customer acquisition and annual revenue growth goals.
- Define and manage an inclusive go-to-market strategy, emphasizing competitive differentiation to expand market presence into new verticals and accelerate market share in existing markets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and engineering, to craft compelling and consistent brand narratives across various channels.
- Establish and monitor success metrics for marketing initiatives for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
- Develop, plan, and execute a robust digital marketing strategy, encompassing content creation, online marketing (SEO, SEM, social), email campaigns, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Create industry-specific content marketing campaigns to attract prospects, nurture leads, and engage existing customers.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and partnerships with technology partners.
- Conduct customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Align marketing initiatives with financial and business goals and support for the overall company strategy.
- Manage AR and PR relationships globally and guide relevant topical press coverage for the company.
Who You Are
- You have 10+ years of proven marketing leadership experience in the Enterprise Software field with an approach that emphasizes ROI.
- You have demonstrable experience in developing and implementing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects.
- You have an exceptional understanding of marketing best practices.
- You have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
- You are a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
What We Offer
Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $250,000 - $320,000 + Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
