We're honored that Haus has been recognized as one of 2024's exceptional startups! What You'll Do Haus has incredible product-market fit, and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on a world-class Head of Growth Marketing to own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution and drive pipeline. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand in a mix of high-scale and startup environments, and brings together analytical skills, creativity, and a strong bias to action. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, outbound campaigns, paid channels, email nurture, website conversion rate optimization, sponsorships, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Create and implement outbound marketing campaigns to reach target accounts
  • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive qualified leads
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic
  • Design and manage email nurture campaigns to engage and convert prospects
  • Lead website optimization efforts and improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic sponsorships and demand gen partnerships to increase brand visibility and generate leads
  • Proactively test and analyze our creative, messaging, and landing pages
  • Build a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnel
  • Identify and implement marketing automation tools to scale and drive efficiencies of marketing activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product & customer marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience, and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth at B2B SaaS companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Expertise in paid digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools
  • Experience working closely with Sales and BDR teams, and a good understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process

  • You have creative ideas on how to engage and nurture prospects
  • You’re an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
