We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This is a 100% remote position that requires a proactive individual capable of working independently from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various human resources functions and a commitment to enhancing employee experience and efficiency within the operations of the company.

Job Functions

  • Employee Onboarding and Support: Conduct new employee onboarding processes and ensure ongoing support for all staff members.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the management and administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Manage payroll preparation for approval, client invoicing, and maintain accuracy and timeliness in all financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the creation of new hire packets and monitor the completion of onboarding tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Consultant and Employee Support: Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries from consultants and employees, providing support and guidance.
  • Background Checks: Coordinate background checks and drug tests for new hires.
  • Timesheet Management: Manage timesheets, ensuring timely submission and follow-up on discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and consultant documentation, including identification and immigration-related information.
  • HRIS Management: Utilize HRIS for maintaining employee records, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Process payroll, including commission reports, and assist with the accurate invoicing of clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, with comprehensive training in HR practices.
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Thorough understanding of HR procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS systems, and the ability to quickly learn new software as needed.
