Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced HR / Recruiter to join their team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring managers, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and utilise various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates.
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to attract and engage potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams; facilitate interview feedback and decision-making processes.
Manage the offer process, including negotiation and extending offers of employment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
