Interior Designer

(Please Note: This is a full-time, 100% onsite role, reporting either to our gorgeous workspace in downtown Glen Ellyn or client on-site for consultations and project management.)

Your Responsibilities:

• Interior Design: Design stunning and functional interiors for various spaces, including but not limited to kitchens and bathrooms.
• Project Coordination: Oversee all phases of your design projects, from initial consultation to final installation, with support of a junior designer and admin.
• Client Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations to grasp client needs and preferences and plan project/design cope.
• Sourcing: Select and procure high-quality furnishings, materials, and accessories that align with your design vision.
• Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Designer: At least 3 years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the residential space.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Creative Visionary: Ability to create innovative and stylish interiors that reflect client personalities. A portfolio will be required for the interview process.
• Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.
