Position Summary

We are seeking a Vice President, Director to manage investments for our rapidly expanding U.S. real estate portfolio. The candidate should have a solid understanding of real estate, experience in selecting and monitoring commingled funds, and a network of relationships with investment managers. The position is based in New York.

Essential Duties:

• Lead sourcing and due diligence of fund investments.
• Engage with a network of relationships to identify top investment managers and trends.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Attend meetings and site visits with investment managers.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums.
• Present recommendations to the global investment committee.
• Negotiate terms with external legal and tax counsel.
• Collaborate with a global team on fund selection and portfolio construction.
• Monitor existing portfolio and support ESG initiatives.
• Report on investment activities and market updates.
• Attend industry conferences and seminars.
• Manage investment-related activities with the operations team.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in hiring.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant real estate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Professional demeanor with senior investment community members.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with industry research sources.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Understanding of broader Real Asset Investments is a plus.
• Experience with international organizations is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player.

Compensation: The annual base salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000, with discretionary bonuses based on performance. Offers consider skills, experience, education, and market factors.
