The role is created to provide insurance, risk evaluation, and management for the Company’s Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance programs. The individual will be a member of a team that manages the Company’s insurance programs, processes, and structures from end to end including insurance procurement, contract review, data storage and reporting, risk retention, and vendor management

What You’ll Do For Us
Manage the property, aviation, US workers’ compensation, underground storage tank, brand protection, and selected executive risk insurance to adequately protect Company's assets.
Gather, review, and analyze information submitted for risk assessment and insurance renewals. Ensure an accurate and complete insurance application submission. Use knowledge of internal business processes to gain exposure data
Manage the global property premium allocation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute premiums to 170+ reporting units globally
Manage vendor relationships and collaborates with the 3rd party engineering company on Company’s property loss program and coordinate with Business Resiliency to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide insurance and risk management advice to Legal, Procurement, and other internal and external clients through contract review.
Provide support and back-up to finance personnel worldwide regarding risk exposures and insurance analysis.
Understand Company exposures by keeping abreast of action or policy changes that can impact risk management strategies.
Overall management of the RIMS system including organizational structure for location codes, attributes, claims codes, loss data and triangle production, reporting.
Manage compliance for the the Company’s Internal Controls & Compliance impacting the Insurance group
Key Duties
Insurance risk management including data gathering, field coordination and support, broker and vendor management, insurance submission, insurance policy review - approximately 60%
Data management including loss/triangle reports and data system structure
Property loss prevention coordination, analysis, and managements
US Workers Compensation data gathering, payroll audit, insurance coverage review and placement, and general coordination
Contract Review – some contract review including minor adjustments to standard terms
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in risk management, finance, business administration or related field. Good knowledge of risk management, finance, and analytics
3+ years’ experience with Fortune 500 company with global operations.
Ability to work in the Atlanta office three days each week.
