Marketing Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand generation efforts by creating and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate closely with North American sales and marketing team counterparts to drive awareness and demand for solutions within public sector vertical markets.
  • Manage campaign launches, establish timelines, communicate expectations for completion of tactics, provide regular progress updates to leadership, and track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Optimize public sector events program through research, management, and evaluation in line with segment strategy and by collaborating with regional events team resources.
  • Occasional travel (up to 25%, depending on seasonal demands) to attend customer meetings, internal meetings, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Enhance brand awareness by leveraging regional public relations resources and spokespeople to implement an exceptional media relations, speaking and awards program within targeted vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with corporate industry and product marketing teams to transform vertical market insights and solutions into engaging regional narratives that connect with our target audience


Your profile:

  • You bring over 8 years of marketing experience, with at least five years in a B2B marketing role.
  • Proven track record as an experienced marketing generalist familiar with both traditional and modern tactics that drive awareness and lead conversion.
  • Strong affinity for data-driven decision-making and developing integrated multi-channel campaigns tailored to the needs of North American public sector agencies.
  • Experience strategically building and optimizing lead pipelines through digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content campaigns, focusing on nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Skilled in creating marketing strategy and translating into actionable programs, measuring outcomes, and optimizing for best results.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills and a knack for building impactful marketing initiatives from the ground up.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (both corporate and regional) to create and achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Genuine passion for marketing, branding, lead generation, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Superior organizational and communication abilities, capable of excelling in virtual and in-person work environments.
  • Experience actively managing budgets and reporting on the ROI of marketing efforts.


Assets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
  • Security industry and/or public sector background
  • Experience working in both corporate and regional/field-based marketing teams
  • Experience with a channel sales model
