Job Description

We're seeking a Partner Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance partnerships and drive business growth. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing strategic plans to establish and strengthen partnerships aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Identifying and assessing potential partners based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and mutual benefits.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure partnership strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to spot emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Leading negotiations and partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms for all involved parties.
  • Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and delivering presentations, reports, and updates to senior management to provide insights into partnership initiatives and results.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact partnership strategies.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with existing partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in partnership strategies, processes, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize objectives, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
