Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of up to 50 individuals, including Assembly Workers, Testers, Material Handlers, Packagers, and Painters.
• Leadership: Direct team members in the assembly, testing, and packaging of products to meet daily goals.
• Coordination: Ensure work activities follow assembly instructions, parts lists, and materials for current jobs.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that products are correctly assembled and meet specifications.
• Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other departments within the facility.
• Goal Setting: Set and meet production goals while troubleshooting issues to maintain quality and demand.
• Monitoring: Review and report production results to onsite management.
• Training: Hire, train, and cross-train personnel for maximum production flexibility.
• Safety: Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and document areas for improvement to boost quality and production efficiencies.
• Flexibility: Assist in other work areas as needed during absences or staff shortages.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in production manufacturing
• Supervisory or lead experience.
• Bilingual

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Most of the work occurs in a manufacturing/assembly warehouse environment.
• Moderate walking and standing in the warehouse, observing workers’ activities, and interacting with personnel.
• Exposure to heat, cold, dampness, humidity, slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Adherence to all company safety policies and regulations.
  
  

Work Hours:

• 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional need for overtime on Fridays or during the week to complete production activities.
  
  

Compensation:

• Starting range: $45k-$55k annually.
