We are seeking an entry level Recruiter to acquire new international talent for our rapidly expanding U.S. clientele. If you’re sharp, professional, internationally-minded and results-oriented, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

The Associate Recruiter must be highly organized, empathetic, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and eager to support a growing team.

 

This role on our team is a support role to our team of Recruiters. They will work with each recruiter on their team in managing the recruiters’ daily responsibilities. They also will have the opportunity to take on additional projects as needed by the team. You will report to our associate director of recruiting and work with our team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators. Our goal for this position is as the associate recruiter grows, they will be eligible for future open opportunities on the team. This is an entry level role with a growth trajectory to further recruitment opportunities.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive candidate applications through our CRM system and screen candidates using industry-standard techniques in a timely fashion.
  • Initiate conversations with candidates to learn about their experience and goals and work to pair them with employers in the US that meet their qualifications and needs.
  • Prepare candidates for interview opportunities and schedule them to interview with healthcare providers
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview to answer questions about job offers and provide information about their hiring process
  • Manage candidate conversations through multiple channels, including by not limited to email, skype, video chats, and phone calls.
  • Use excellent customer service skills to interact with both applicants and clients
  • Responsible for driving outbound activity to applicants in the CRM system
  • Serve as an applicant advocate for new hires in supporting them in their decision to immigrate to the US
  • Manage client relationships and conduct successful recruiting events both virtually and in person.
  • Learn about the healthcare providers we work with in order to provide nurse applicants with accurate information about their potential employers.
  • Assist in facilitating interview events via zoom with candidates and employers.

  • 1 year of recruiting experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently - self-motivated!
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large work load
  • Team player
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Ability to travel when necessary (less than 30%)
