Companies – you need to be showcasing the work Staff Networks do for your firm’s image (from networks who are smashing it!) Engaging employees in ERGs is important for their success and workplace culture. But the trick is to showcase their work externally to show your firm’s culture and commitment to diversity - so let me tell you who is doing it well! 🍬 Talking about what you do Thinking deeply about the messaging to your members, the wider business and externally is something that is key. They are constantly focusing on comms, which communicates the activities of the ERG which resonates with so many. Actions are seen. Appreciation to staff is given. And showing your industry as a desirable place to work for diverse talent is your responsibility too, not just the networks!

Absolute agree 💯. I believe showcasing employees and their accomplishments is going to be the new “marketing tool” to help build a positive employer brand. This would also make companies attractive to potential future hires.
