Happy Birthday, Belkins 🎉
For the past 5 years, before finally joining the team, I’ve been following on team’s growth and success stories with top-customer leaders around the world.
Over the past two months since becoming a part of the Business Development department at Belkins, I have no doubt that 7 years is just a starting point on the way to something immensely massive.
After two months of onboarding, being immersed into the company’s culture and first interactions with customers proved to me right that I’m a part of a leading business in appointment setting services.
Here are my insights on what makes the team to be such a coherent mechanism:
1. Shared Goals: Our team is united by a common mission - To provide businesses with impactful growth solutions.
2. Communication: Transparent and continuous communication within each department and the absence of micro-management really make a difference in the working environment.
3. Feedback Culture: At Belkins, feedback is a tool for growth. I’m proud to work alongside such bright-minded and intelligent professionals as Margaret Lee (Kashuba), Martha Kruk, and Kseniia Drachuk, who put me in an open, supportive, and ecological environment from day 1.
I’m grateful to Michael Maximoff and Vladyslav Podoliako for making things happen and excited to create a world where business growth is no longer a challenge :)
Feel free to check our website and recently added Case Studies. Let's collaborate and excel 🙌 💫

Today we celebrate the 7th year of Belkins.
Hundreds of people have worked so hard to get us to this point, and this is their time to celebrate. Hundreds of clients have trusted us, and this is also their time to join us in celebration.
I appreciate every second that anyone has spent with us and on us.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
When training new hires in records management, I always emphasize how subtlety important accurate preservation of history is. In this example, if we didn't have on record how diverse the 19th-century West was we'd only have Hollywood depictions to rely on. An unreliable narrator at best!
At Inspired Solutions, a Black-owned, woman-owned, and veteran-owned business, we proudly celebrate Black History Month by highlighting the remarkable achievements of African Americans who have broken down barriers and paved the way for future generations.
Today, we focus on the inspiring stories of 10 Black pioneers in aviation who defied racial limitations and soared to new heights. From Bessie Coleman, the first Black woman and Native American pilot, to Dr. Evelyn Knight, the first Black woman commercial airline pilot in the US, these individuals faced immense challenges but persevered with unwavering courage and determination.
Their stories are a testament to the power of resilience and the importance of pursuing dreams regardless of obstacles. As we celebrate their achievements, we also recognize the ongoing need for diversity and inclusion in every field, including aviation.
Let's use this month as an opportunity to learn from these pioneers, amplify their voices, and continue working towards a future where opportunity truly knows no bounds.

Earlier this month I had a chat with Georgina Njogu of Citizen Digital.
The idea behind the interview was to discuss personal life & career. We touched on many topics including but not limited to the motivation, the set backs, the comebacks and the drive.
1.My biggest support base is my family. My brothers made sure from a young age that I never had a victim mentality, they taught me by looking at their values, how they tackle challenges that you can't be a victim. They despite all odds were the best mirror I could have, being strict with me and making sure I became a younger version of them.
2.Social capital- I have been a beneficiary of social capital people who can and have mentioned my name in places I didn't even immagine exists,to people who have stretched hands to pull me back when I am out ,people who receive my calls when I am out and bring back the belief people like Lillian Ngala ,Azmina Mulji Leadership Empowerment Coach and HR Consultant and many othersif I was to do this list we would be 89 pages.
3.Taking Calculated risk,I have always believed that you either take the risk or loose the chance.
4.At the apex of it there are well planned ,well calculated goals, what and where I wanted to be .
5.I am a victim of my own ambitions andost of the time the very ambitious thoughts have led me a stray,Sometimes it has consumed the very drive I had .
6. Be Cognizant of the fact that nobody owes you anything not even your mentors, appreciate the people who take their time to guide and listen to you. They don't need to do it but when they do neveret them down.
7.Character is the S to the word success .Have integrity,be consistent, respect authority and love what you do when you still doing it.

I did another one! https://lnkd.in/gngCGrCrKennedy Osano 's journey is one of perseverance and resilience, having become a father in Form 3 and navigating two failed engagements while climbing the ranks from a bank Cleaner & Messenger to his current role as country director at GTXN.
Despite facing personal challenges, Kennedy's unwavering dedication to his career and commitment to providing a better future for his daughter shines through.
