Only 4 days left to apply for these two roles at Save the Children UK. A few more details: - We offer huge flexibility in terms of working hours and location, with the team working mostly from home but with the chance to go and work from one of our offices. I work 5 days in 4, mostly from home, and my hours suit my life as a mum, looking after my two young children aged 3 and 1. - We really care about work/life balance and supporting our team to look after themselves, so they're in the best position to help children. Working for a charity like Save is amazing, but it can also be emotional, so we want to prioritise wellbeing. From generous parental leave, to employee assistance services, to our own team's Step into Spring initiative, encouraging us to get out during working hours and enjoy the spring (if it ever arrives...) - The roles themselves are exciting - one is to manage complex partners achieving incredible impact for children in the Middle East, Kenya and Somalia. The second all about developing new partnerships, being out & about and building connections. My week is a little quieter with colleagues away for the Easter holidays, so plenty of time to chat to people if you're on the fence and want some more info. So please don't hesitate! Application process is a CV only (do make sure it's tailored!) and it'll be a two interview process, first one mid-April. We send out interview questions in advance, as we really want to make sure you can showcase your skills & experience. #Philanthropy #strategicpartnerships #internationaldevelopment
So excited to share the news of two opportunities in my team, now LIVE: a Senior Manager, Transformational Philanthropy and a Senior Philanthropy Manager, New Business & Innovation. https://lnkd.in/ddfZZBXx https://lnkd.in/dhCMrzdW At Save the Children, we are privileged enough to work on some of the most exciting, high-impact philanthropic partnerships in the UK: making connections between individuals, trusts & foundations who are determined to make the world better for children and our incredible staff in the UK and internationally, who are making that happen, every day. We combine that with a genuinely flexible & kind working environment: supportive of all kinds of working patterns, we understand work is a part of life and - life happens. We are also learning every day about how to be a more inclusive and truly equitable organisation: whether that's as an employer or in a role as an international development charity. More details on the two roles can be accessed on the links above; don't hesitate to get in touch to have an informal chat about the roles, the team or the organisation.
