My family and I are filled with gratitude for receiving the Gold Legacy Ownership Award during the recent convention. Being recognized in this manner is an immense privilege, and I want to express my sincere appreciation to Experior for providing us with an exceptional platform to establish and own our business. Additionally, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all Team Achievers for their valuable contributions. The magnitude of this achievement is beyond words - it feels like a surreal dream materializing before our eyes. This award signifies the fulfillment of the Agent Ownership Agreement I committed to four years ago, and it is truly gratifying to witness it coming to fruition. Qualifying for the Gold Legacy Ownership means that, even in unfortunate circumstances such as death, disability, or retirement, my family and I will perpetually benefit from 25% of my passive income. It is remarkable that I have been able to achieve this milestone in less than four years since joining Experior. The Experior Platform holds immense significance in the financial industry, both in Canada and the USA. It presents exceptional opportunities for individuals to take ownership of their endeavors and enjoy the many associated benefits. If you find yourself currently not experiencing the advantages of owning what you are building, I wholeheartedly urge you to reach out to me. Together, let's embark on a meaningful conversation about how Experior can potentially transform your life as well. #dreamdocomethrough #growth #experiorfinancialgroup #expmarksthespot #fmlexp #theovercomers #theachievers #experiorevents #financialfreedom #financialservices #usa&canadagrowth #financialcoach

WOW! 3 years have come and gone in the blink of an eye. It feels like yesterday I jumped feet first into a role that I really didn’t know what to expect. Sure, I had been on the other end of recruiting calls and really didn’t love that part of the experience, to be honest… But, the pandemic had shifted things for me and I decided why not entertain a conversation... and I am SO grateful I did. What interested me most was my conversations with Kim, Laura, Beth, and Katelynn (among others). What they had shared they loved about their career in recruiting thus far just happened to align with a few core values important to me: ✨Connecting with people✨ ▫️ This was a large reason why I left public accounting in the first place, and something I had lost in my yoga/fitness/retail sales journey during the pandemic, and missed greatly. ✨Helping others✨ ▫️ Coming from an accounting background, this holds a special place for me in an effort to ‘match’ organizations with finance and accounting talent they can retain for years to come. From a candidate perspective, the ability to bring opportunities to the table they may not have even known about or that align with what is most important to them in their life today. ✨Emphasis on a team environment and focusing on long-term relationships (versus short-term gains)✨ ▫️ You win some, you lose some’ – one of my favorite quotes and it never feels good to ‘lose’, but with my background in teaching yoga it is an easy one to lean on when you focus on the big picture, focus on nurturing relationships, and focus on the idea that what you put out into the world will return itself to you in dividends. ▫️So for today - no job postings, no market insights, nothing to share here other than an appreciation for Truity Partners, my team, and to those I have had the good fortune to cross paths with along the way… THANK YOU for entertaining my cold calls, for laughing along with me in my voicemails, for getting honest on what's important to you, for your trust, and for so much more to come. Cheers! #gratitude #2024outlook #cheerstoanewyear

As we approach Dugan + Lopatka’s 50th anniversary (I can’t believe it, either!) I sat down to reflect on the journey. Our founders, Mike Dugan and Jerry Lopatka, along with other mentors at D+L, taught me lessons that every CPA should learn: the value of “people skills,” the necessity of risk-taking, and the vital importance of finding joy in your work. I’d like to share a few of those ideas today. Wherever you are in your career, I hope these simple words of advice can nudge you in the right direction and help you find the joy. https://bit.ly/4abj46D

Recently, I had the privilege of attending Raptee.HV's first motorcycle rolloff event, thanks to my wife Vinothini R P. What struck me the most was the admiration I felt for the way they were building their brand from the ground up. As I observed the event and interacted with their team, it became evident that they were laying the foundation for success by prioritizing their company culture. Here are a few key takeaways from what I witnessed: - Ethical Leadership: Raptee's CEO, Dinesh Arjun, exudes integrity and transparency, setting a high standard for ethical business practices. Their zero-tolerance policy towards unethical behavior is admirable and reinforces their commitment to doing business the right way. - Mission Driven Approach: The company's mission and vision statements were not just words on paper; they were guiding principles that informed every decision. It was inspiring to see how they aligned their actions with their long-term goals and values. - Family Environment: Despite the rapid growth, they managed to maintain a sense of camaraderie and inclusion among their team members. The atmosphere felt like a supportive family, where everyone was valued and appreciated. - Recognition and Empowerment: Every member of the team, including their families, was celebrated for their contributions. By acknowledging the impact each individual made, they fostered a sense of pride and ownership among their workforce. In conclusion, what I witnessed at the event reaffirmed my belief that building a strong company culture is fundamental to success. By prioritizing integrity, unity, and a sense of family, Raptee.HV is not only building a brand but also laying the groundwork for lasting success. It was a reminder that in the fast-paced world of business, the right culture can truly set a company apart. #raptee #EV

What Wins are you celebrating this week? Often times as professionals and entrepreneurs we downplay our own accomplishments and simply move on to the next task on our TO DO list. I constantly have to remind myself to "Celebrate You", and I encourage you to do the same! After a long productive week, planning and networking I'm happy to share we are officially Certified as a Woman, Minority, Small, Local owned Business and Vendor with the City of Boston! Every step is a showcase of our passion and resilience, commitment to our Legacy and dedication to our clients. 🎯 Reasons Why People and Companies Don't Celebrate Their Wins: -Focus on Next Goals: Many individuals and companies are constantly focused on achieving the next milestone or goal. Once one target is reached, they immediately shift their attention to the next challenge without taking a moment to acknowledge their accomplishments. -Fear of Complacency: Some people and organizations worry that celebrating wins might lead to complacency or a decrease in motivation. They believe that too much celebration could make individuals or teams lose their drive to achieve more. -Time Constraints: In busy work environments or personal lives, celebrating wins may not be prioritized due to time constraints. People and companies often move from one task to another without pausing to reflect and celebrate their achievements. Reasons Why People Should Celebrate Their Wins: 💎 Boost Morale and Motivation: Celebrating wins, whether big or small, boosts morale and motivation within individuals and teams. It reinforces a sense of accomplishment and encourages continued effort towards future goals. 💎 Recognize Effort and Success: Celebration provides an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of individuals or teams. It reinforces a positive work culture and fosters a sense of value and recognition. 💎 Create Positive Momentum: Celebrating wins creates positive momentum and energy within an organization or personal journey. It inspires confidence, creativity, and a positive outlook, leading to increased productivity and success in future endeavors. By acknowledging achievements and taking time to celebrate wins, people and companies can cultivate a culture of appreciation, motivation, and continuous improvement, leading to greater success and fulfillment.
