#airtel very bad customer service. After converting esim to physical sim, Voice & Data option and Volte/LTE option not showing in iphone 15 thats why poor network speed. But in Jio esim all options in network showing and working fine with good speed in same handset. Already register complain but no solution till now. I think it will be better to port out. airtel has poor customer service and a very unreliable network. My Airtel broadband hasn't been working since June 25th, and every time I call customer support, they assure me it will be resolved today, but there has been no solution provided yet. I would advise against using Airtel broadband due to their very poor service.

When ever I call the customer care for support , they are mentioning like the technical team is not responding.. If Airtel people are unable to connect with technical team how can a customer get the response? From the time I made the payment, Airtel people stopped responding..
