Much like Jag Mishra, Assistant Manager, Customer Experience, Karnataka Circle. For Jag, seeking a resolution to issues, even the more dormant ones, is second nature. Which is why, when Jag and his team started to receive complaints from customers on outage and down-time in his circle, Jag took it upon himself to train his team and proactively address similar potential issues with other customers where there was a possibility of outage or downtime incidents occurring in the near future. To bring the situation under control, Jag and team had to undertake cumbersome and humongous tasks like identifying devices that were in an end-of-life state from a large base of customers from multiple segments. The team then needed to address ground-level challenges, such as scheduling downtime, aligning cross-functional teams for execution, and completing the activity according to the customer's timeline. But in the end the team’s efforts paid off and they won the loyalty of customers. When you make yourself accountable for doing good, just because you can, you become a leader, an inspiration for many to leapfrog into doing more and being more. How will you inspire today? airtel Airtel Broadband Connection - India Many empty promises and fake apologies and sorries. The service is out for more than two days now and yet no sight of resolution... The service schedule is getting postponed without the consent of the customer.. The disruption of the service is due to the shady work of an engineer who came to do the common line issue, which resulted in disruption of the service. In the age of hybrid working if this is the level of service that is being offered by these"So called customer friendly" companies it is going to be a mess in the near future. Secondly, the telecommunication company cannot be contacted nor a proper resolution could be given.. the days of lightning fast service are over and now it is only snail paced or no service.. Not sure if this will get noticed but let me do my job in raising this concern for my never ending issue.. attaching the sms I have received with multiple reschedules..

Your service engineers have closed the complaint without resolution is this how you treat your black customers...my net is down for 3 days..and no resolutions received...can you do something about it..? Completely contrary of my experience in Mumbai! Struggling to get an engineer to visit despite the call centre having “escalated’ the issue many time! All I have got so far is platitudes and empty apologies and a broadband connection down for more than 30 hours with no resolution in sight! Seems like there is only one Jag in Airtel
