Congratulations!
I am Chasing Airtel to reallocate my Airtel Black broadband connection from a month (approx) , they are generating bills but they don't have such a process which can solve customer issues. They can't add a box to society to facilitate a customer.

A great initiative, Thank you is such a simple word but seldom we find people expressing their thank you in such a way that it reflects the genuinity of the giver however this simple act of writing makes people express their thanks giving in a simple and better way. Only thing to add is it can be anyday of the week not only Tuesday as it's an ongoing practice which needs to be perfected. I have seen improved performance within my team with this initiative.
One of worst network airtel have never seen before.I was taken post Paid with 2 sim I paid my post paid bill On 28.06.2024 but the worst network airtel not yet released my barred primary number,I visited Airtel store multiple times and I raised the complaint through mail also and called multiple times for customer care they don’t respond properly.The biggest network has telling some silly reasons to convincing me.Small technical error cannot be resolve by airtel The worst network airtel trying to push for post paid sim sellling.But services are really disappointing. airtel Airtel Business Airtel Digital Jyotiraditya M Scindia
Worst solution provider is airtel my issue is not resolved yet it's been 4 months now and I don't see a path this getting resolved now and airtel email 121@airtel.com has stopped replying mebon my issue after 40-45 email conversation. 3300 rs has not been refunded in last 4 months which was given for a black connection and it's been cancelled by engineer and I never get my money back to my source account.
When are we, your customers to receive simple stable network without fluctuations, we are not even asking you to show any gratitude just the simple network that ypu are supposed to provode us for which we are paying our hard earned money and you keep billing us irrespective of the network working or not we are forced to pay you
