Airtel sets the bar so high that one is compelled to come back to it! Meet Deepika Damuluri, Sr. Manager, Home Delivery Organisation, AP&T circle, whose return to Airtel was a homecoming she was very much looking forward to. A veteran of Network Services, Deepika had an accomplished stint in Airtel for 4 years where she rose through the ranks and flourished. And when a promising opportunity came up in another organisation which was physically closer to home, Deepika took the decision to move on from Airtel. She accepted the offer to explore how growth would be, outside the organisation. Deepika spent a good 7 years learning the ropes and rising up the ladder and when an opportunity to come home to Airtel arose, she took it up without hesitation. She could not pass up on the chance to return to the fold and a workplace that she really respected. Some of the highlights of working at Airtel for her continue to be professionalism, corporate culture, and the cross functional teams’ interactions that helps departments understand each other’s needs well. She finds that Airtel really walks the talk on diversity and inclusion without bias, which really is a plus for the women workforce. She also states how the organisation has a strong culture of transparency and learning - through ‘townhalls’, cross functional team projects, professional development programs and also, peer learning! Another factor for Deepika that is a matter of much pride is that Airtel is a ‘people’s organisation’. Employees are treated as family and fully supported in all aspects. And the importance given to skill development is unprecedented! Airtel prides itself on making employees feel they can grow with us without limitations. Most arrogant and negligent network provider you are. Local network providers are far better than Airtel. I have a problem with my broadband connection i raised a concern on the 25th of this month. And doing followup from 4days with customer care service. No service person has visited to check the issue. Every time I call them, they say that within 24hrs the issue will be resolved. Still the issue is pending. What kind of service are you providing. Shame on your services. I really feel guilty in choosing Airtel. Airtel Digital airtel

Dear Team,   i have been charged for late payment charges ..being a genuine customer paying bill on time except one month this is not acceptable. if this is not removed ill not pay bill and want to cancel my connection. If I keep getting late pay kindly help me to cancel all my airtel services. You customer care so called dedicated team don't nw to speak to me very bad service.

airtel My broadband is down. Since you have stopped providing customer care talk, the automatic system has taken resolution date after 3 days. The assigned engineer is not responding to calls. This is very very worst service by airtel customer care.

One of worst network airtel have never seen before.I was taken post Paid with 2 sim I paid my post paid bill On 28.06.2024 but the worst network airtel not yet released my barred primary number,I visited Airtel store multiple times and I raised the complaint through mail also and called multiple times for customer care they don’t respond properly.The biggest network has telling some silly reasons to convincing me.Small technical error cannot be resolve by airtel The worst network airtel trying to push for post paid sim sellling.But services are really disappointing. airtel Airtel Business Airtel Digital Airtel Business Uganda

Scammers they are! Their employee sold me another connection to achieve his target and even after being asked to close the previous connection immediately against the new one, he didn't even pick up a phone since that day ,now cumulative 2000 rps were asked me against the unused old connection, i am also paying 900 rps per month against new connection were sold to me 4 months back , now they are asking to close old connection by paying 2000 rps for which not a 1 KB used from that connection No one can use 2 connections in 1 bhk house, chats and screenshot sent to the nodal officer 15 days back but might be they are also part of this scam ,so no response

Very bad experience I am facing from date 28-05-2024 to till today 26-06-2024 yet my issue has been not resolve and they are asking for payment but for payment they are very sincere daily massage and call when will be you are paying payment
