Day 28: Parts of Courtroom ⚖️ The High Courts are the 2nd top-rated ⬆️servers of Justice and work throughout the year 💪🏻 to provide for the people 👫and perform their liability. It isn't just the Judge who is solely helping to give Justice. The route to access the Courts and Judges 🧑🏻⚖️is also equivalent. The members that are constantly working in the Court are like the organs🫀🫁of the Court when stop working, would lead to the failure 😭 of justice. The role of the Courts rests on: 1. To promote justice in individual cases. 2. To ensure the public perceptions of justice in individual cases. 3. To provide an impartial forum for the resolution of legal disputes. 4. To protect individuals against the arbitrary use of governmental power. 5. To provide for a formal record of legal status and to deter criminals. 6. To rehabilitate individuals convicted of crime. 7. To provide for the separation of convicted individuals from society where necessary. All of these isn't just possible without the members and staff ⚕️ of the court that are: First is the General Office Cadre or the members of 1st class office members: * Registrar * Joint Registrar * Deputy Registrar * Assistant Registrar * Section Officer * Review Officer * Assistant Review Officer * Computer Assistant * Review Officer (Hindi/Urdu) Then are the 2nd rank office members: * P.S./A.P.S.
